My Story
Early in my career I joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a management trainee. At Enterprise you start at the ground level — washing cars, running rentals, handling whatever comes your way. Advancement wasn't based on title or tenure. It was earned by consistently exceeding customer expectations. The only metric that mattered was whether you delivered what was expected, or went beyond it.
That standard stuck.
I spent the next 30 years building businesses, leading national sales teams, and operating at levels most people in this industry never reach. The details changed. The standard didn't.
Five years ago I became COO of one of New England's fastest-growing brokerages — 225 agents, 1,300 transactions a year, INC 5000 recognition twice. I watched thousands of transactions succeed and fail. I saw exactly where deals are won and where they fall apart. I built the systems, the teams, and the processes that made the machine run.
Then I chose to stop running the machine and start sitting directly across the table from clients.
That's not a career pivot. It's a deliberate choice.
