My Story

Early in my career—after graduating from Baylor University and before attending Texas A&M School of Law—I joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a management trainee. At Enterprise, you start at the ground level, and that means doing everything: washing cars, running rentals, and handling whatever comes your way—even the unexpected.

What set the culture apart was simple: advancement wasn't based on title or tenure. It was earned by consistently exceeding customer expectations. The only metric that mattered was whether you delivered what was expected—or went beyond it and created an exceptional experience.

That philosophy aligned naturally with how I was raised. Growing up in Western Massachusetts as the grandson of immigrants—and the son of a railroader—a "whatever it takes" mindset was ingrained early. I learned that your name is built on trust, and on delivering for people who are investing their hard-earned money. When someone chooses to work with you, they're placing both their effort and their expectations in your hands. Meeting those expectations is the baseline—exceeding them is the standard.


What I’ve Done

For more than 30 years, those early lessons have carried through every phase of my career. I've built an award-winning lawn care company into one of the largest residential providers in the Southwest—while helping pioneer early e-commerce adoption in the service space. I've led high-performing national sales teams across online education, virtual medicine, and predictive analytics by prioritizing client relationships over quotas.

As COO of ROVI Homes, I helped build and operate one of New England's fastest-growing brokerages — 225 agents, 1,300 transactions annually, INC 5000 recognition. I understand real estate at a scale most agents never see: the systems, the data, the marketing, the technology, and the patterns that determine why some transactions succeed and others fall apart.

I chose to bring all of that directly to clients.
