My Story

Early in my career—after Baylor University and before attending Texas A&M School of Law—I joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a management trainee. That meant doing everything: washing cars, running rentals, even clearing possums out of engine compartments.

Advancement at ERAC was built on one principle: exceeding customer expectations every single time. What mattered wasn’t title or tenure—it came down to one standard: did you deliver beyond what was expected?

Being raised in a blue-collar family, that mindset resonated deeply. I understood early on that business is built on trust—and on delivering for people who are investing their hard-earned dollars. When someone hires you, they’re placing their expectations in your hands. Exceeding those expectations isn’t optional—it’s the job.

 Success depends on it—because delivering for the customer will always matter more than any revenue goal.


What I’ve Done

For more than 30 years, that same standard has guided every phase of my career:

Built an award-winning lawn care company that became one of the largest residential lawn care companies in the Southwest United States and one of the first service platforms to implement e-commerce.

Led high-performing national sales teams in online education, virtual medicine, and predictive analytics by focusing on client relationships—not quotas.

Helped grow a small boutique Massachusetts Real Estate Brokerage into a regional powerhouse, twice recognized by INC 5000 for growth, strategy, and systems.
