Success isn’t about meeting expectations—it’s about exceeding them. This lesson shaped my career from the beginning. After graduating from Baylor University and before attending Texas A&M School of Law, I worked at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Starting as a management trainee, I washed cars, handled rentals, and even chased possums out of engine compartments. What set Enterprise apart was its core principle: advancement wasn’t based on tenure or numbers, but on whether we exceeded customer expectations. This principle ignited a drive in me that continues to shape my professional journey.

 

Over the past 30 years, I’ve built my career around this philosophy, pushing boundaries across industries: ✅ Entrepreneurship & Innovation – I founded an award-winning lawn care company that pioneered online ordering, setting a new industry standard. ✅ Corporate Leadership & Sales Mastery – In online education, virtual medicine, and predictive analytics, I led teams to break records and exceed client expectations. ✅ Real Estate Transformation – In Massachusetts, I turned a small real estate brokerage into a regional powerhouse, earning multiple INC 5000 awards for rapid growth and excellence.

 

Now, at MSV Homes, I’ve returned to my roots, working directly with clients to deliver real estate results that surpass expectations. Buying or selling a home is a life-changing decision, not just a transaction. It involves strategy, negotiation, and vision. My approach goes beyond listing homes and closing deals—I leverage decades of expertise in sales, marketing, and negotiation to ensure clients get the best possible outcome.

After living in our home for almost 40 years, selling a home for us was a new experience. Online recommendations were to interview two or three real estate agents before making a decision; we interviewed four! Marcelino was interview number four.
